Cute Card Thursday - easter

Hallo und nochmal einen schönen Donnerstag.

Wegen des Whiff Of Joy Blog Hops etwas verspätet, möchte ich Euch dennoch meine Karte für unsere neue Challenge bei Cute Card Thursday zeigen. Dort lautet unser neues Thema "Ostern".

Hello and again a happy thursday!

Due to the Whiff Of Joy blog hop I am starting this post a little late, but of course I want to share with you my card for the new challenge bei Cute Card Thursday. Our new theme there is "easter". 

Mir war mal wieder nach etwas monochromen, da ich in letzter Zeit ja doch eher farbenfroh gebastelt habe. Ich habe daher diese süße Motiv von SCACD benutzt und es ganz in Brauntönen coloriert. Dazu etwas Creme kombiniert und schon ist eine Karte im Vintage-Stil fertig. Der Text ist von Stampin' Up.

I wanted to do a monochrome card again since I have been using quite bright colors lately. So I picked this cute image by SCACD and used brown tones only to color it. Combined with some cream a vintage style card is made quickly. The sentiment is by Stampin' Up.

Cupcake Craft # 103

So, jetzt bin ich also im Urlaub - und alles, was Ihr die nächste Zeit hier seht, ist vorgearbeitet. Aber ich konnte meinen Blog doch nicht einfach für über 3 Wochen einfach vereinsamen lassen...

Finally, I am in holidays now - and everything you can see here during the next weeks is pre-made. But I just wasn´t able to totally neglect my blog for over 3 weeks...

Los geht auch diese Woche natürlich mit einer neuen Challenge bei Cupcake Craft - diesmal mit dem tollen Thema "lace" - also Spitze. Darum habe ich eine besonders breite Bordüre verwendet.

Of course also this week starts with a new challenge at Cupcake Craft - and we´ve picked the theme of "lace" for you. So I used a wider one than I usually do.

Das Motiv ist von Susanna´s Custom Art and Cards und ich finde es einfach zu süß. Wie die Kleine da fröhlich auf dem Mond sitzt und den Stern schaukeln läßt... Für mich gab es dann auch keine passendere Verzierung als mehr Sterne. Der große Stern ist aus Chipboard, die kleineren sind gestanzt. Um das Glitzern der Sterne ein bißchen einzufangen habe ich die Ränder mit glitzerendem, leicht transparent goldenem Embossingpulver überzogen. Die Papiere sind von Magnolia und GCD.

The image is by Susanna´s Custom Art and Card and I think this is such a cute one! Like this little angel is sitting on the moon, playing with the dangling star... In my opinion there´s only one embellishment to go with this image: more stars. The big one is made from chipboard, the smaller ones are punched. To catch the dazzling of the stars on my project I added some golden embossing powder that has tiny parts of glimmer in it. Papers are by Magnolia and GCD.

Bei Stampavie and More lautet das Thema Punkte - und paßt somit ideal mit dem der Charisma Cardz zusammen, wo es um Punkte und Streifen geht.

At Stampavie and More the actual challenge is called "dots" - and is going perfectly with the one over at Charisma Cardz where they want us to include dots and stripes.

Und bei Totally PaperCrafts gehts es diesmal um "animal magic" - also etwas tierisches. Mein Vogel ist zwar klein, dafür kann er aber wunderschön singen!

And at Totally PaperCrafts it´s all about "animal magic" - so use an animal on your card. The bird on my card is quite little but it can sing wonderfully!

So, und jetzt geht es gleich nochmal ins Freibad - Sonne genießen!

Cupcake Craft # 93

Schönen Montag Euch allen! Während Ihr das lest, bin ich in Bella Italia und liege hoffentlich bei Sonnenschein am Strand. Das ist auch der Grund, warum es von mir diese Woche erstmal keine neuen Karten mehr zu sehen gibt. Aber ich bin bald zurück!

Happy monday! While you read this I am in Italy, hopefully lying on the beach and enjoying the sun. That´s also the reason why you won´t see any new creations this week. But I am back soon - for sure too soon for me!LOL

Aber natürlich möchte ich Euch meine Karte für Cupcake Craft nicht vorenthalten. Diesmal mit dem tollen Thema "Sommer". Ich habe überlegt, was Sommer für mich bedeutet... Ich liebe den warmen Sommerwind, die blühenden Blumen, Sonnenschein. Also habe ich mich für das süße Motiv von SCACD entschieden denn es erinnert mich daran, wie ich am Fenster stehe und all die Gerüche und schnönen Dinge in mich aufsauge.

But of course I want to show you my card for Cupcake Craft. This week we have the beautiful theme of "summer". I thought what summer means to me... I love the warm summer wind, blooming flowers, sun shine. So I went with this cute image by SCACD since it reminds me of me sitting at the window and just soaking up everything I see and smell.

Auch das Thema von Stamp With Fun wurde eingebaut: Streifen.

Bei Papertake Weekly dreht sich diesmal alles um das Thema Blumen.

At Papertake Weekly it´s all about flowers this week.

A Spoon Full Of Sugar möchte diese Woche gerne "cute and girly" Karten, also süß, mädchenhaft und wohl am besten rosa.

A Spoon Full Of Sugar wants us to make "cute and girly" cards and I was immediately thinking pink here.

Und zu guter Letzt ist da noch die aktuelle Challenge bei Die Cut Dreams, bei der Spitze verwendet werden soll.

And last but not least there is the challenge over at Die Cut Dreams where they want us to include lace in our project.

Die süße "Lady im Training" - der Text ist mir ganz spontan dazu eingefallen und darum habe ich ihn mir mit dem PC ausgedruckt - ist von SCACD. Das Kronenpapier von Magnolia war einfach perfekt dazu, in Farbe und Motiv. Die Perlenkette habe ich mit dem Perlenpen "ausgemalt" und mit dem selben Pen auch ein paar Perlen neben die Blumen gesetzt. Die Ränder der Papiere sind teilweise mit dem Edge Distresser bearbeitet, teilweise mit weißer Farbe betupft.

The cute "lady in training" - the text came to my mind when I looked at that image and so I printed it with my computer - is by SCACD. The paper with those little crowns is by magnolia and it was perfect with the image - in color and design. I colored her necklace in with a perl pen and added some little perls with the same pen next to the flowers. The edges of the papers are either distressed with the Edge Distresser or covered with white acrylic paint.

Cupcake Craft # 87

Auch bei Cupcake Craft haben wir heute natürlich eine neue Challenge für Euch! Diesmal hat Denise das Thema gewählt - und sich für die tolle Farbkombi rot und weiß entschieden.

Also at Cupcake Craft we have a new challenge for you today. It was Denise´s turn to pick the theme and she went with the great color combo of white and red.


Ich habe mich für das süße und frühlingshafte Motiv von SCAD entschieden - ich konnte sie mir sofort in den Farben rot und weiß vorstellen. Die Papiere sind von verschiedenen Herstellern (unter anderem Magnolia und DCWV). Hauptauswahlkriterium waren die Farben. Der Spruch ist von Whiff Of Joy.

I went with this cutie from SCAD - it was so easy to imagine her colored in red and white. The papers are from different brands - there´s some Magnolia and DCWV but also others. I just looked for the right colors. The saying is by Whiff Of Joy.

Und weil die Karte so schön zum Thema paßt, reiche ich sie gleich noch bei der neuen Challenge von Stamp with Fun ein. Es lautet "Tiere".

And since this card is matching the theme so perfectly I also enter it into the new challenge over at Stamp with Fun. It´s called "animals".

Grün, grün, grün...

...sind alle meine Karten - naja, fast und zur Zeit zumindest. ;o)

We have a rhyme here in Germany going like "green, green, green is the color all my clothes are made from" - but I could say that´s the color all my cards have on it. At least at the moment. ;o)

Da es bei Stampavie and More um Schmetterlinge geht, habe ich einen besonders schönen auf der Blume postiert.

Since they have "butterflies" as this week´s theme at Stampavie and more I´ve put an extra beautiful one on the flower.

Bei Charisma Cards geht es diesmal um monochrome Karten - also verschiedene Töne nur einer Farbe.

At Charisma Cardz they want us to make a monochromatic card - use different shades of just one color.

Bei Cute Card Thursday heißt es "touchy feely" und es soll Material mit verschiedenen Oberflächen verwendet werden. Ich liebe Samt, und darum mußte auch unbedingt ein Stück Samtband mit drauf.

At Cute Card Thursday they have picekd "touchy feely" as the new theme and they want us to use materials with texture. I love velvet and so this was a must have on my card.

Schwarzes Haar ist diesmal bei Copic Creations gefragt - und tolle Tutorials für verschiedene Arten es perfekt zu colorieren gibt es auch.

It´s all about black hair in the new challenge at Copic Creations - and they also have great tutorials for how to color it perfectly.

Simon Says Children Challenge (2 cards)

Schönen Karfreitag! Bei Simon Says Stamp gibt es über die Ferien eine extra Kinder Challenge - alle von 2 bis 16 dürfen mitmachen. Darum möchte ich Euch, bevor ich Euch meine heutige Karte zeige, erst die Karten, die meine beiden Mädels gemacht haben präsentieren. Sie sind 8 Jahre alt und haben die Karten komplett allein gemacht - so richtig professionell mit Sketch aufzeichnen etc.

Happy friday! At Simon Says Stamp they have a special Children Challenge - everyone from 2 to 16 years old can participate. So, before I am going to show you my today´s card I want to present the cards my 8 year old girls made. They made them completly without any help - like mommy does including making their own sketches.

Außerdem paßt die Karte zur Challenge bei Create 4 Fun, die die Farbvorgabe pink, braun und creme für uns haben.
Und bei Totally Gorjuss heißt das Thema "hearts".

Das Motiv auf der Karte ist von SCAD, der Spruch von Stampin´Up. Ich habe Copics zum Colorieren verwendet und auf dem Tutu und auf den Blumen auf dem Haarband Stickles aufgetragen.

Bei den Daring Cardmakers heißt es "how egg-citing" - und es dreht sich alles ums Ei.

At Daring Cardmakers the new challenge is "how egg-citing" - so it´s all about eggs.

Die Farbvorgabe kommt von Totally PaperCrafts und ist pink und grün.

The color combo is given by Totally PaperCrafts - they picked pink and green.

Und bei Stamp Something geht es um doodles. Zwar ist die Challenge dort noch nicht gepostet, aber Dorte vom dortigen DT hat ihre Karte bereits auf ihrem Blog gepostet und das Thema dazugeschrieben... ;o)

And at Stamp Something it´s all about doodles. They don´t have their challenge up yet but DT member Dorte posted her card on her blog yet and wrote about the theme too... ;o)

Das Motiv auf meiner Karte ist ein weiteres von SCACD und ich mußte es unbedingt noch vor Ostern verwenden. Das Ei mit der Schrift ist von Studio G.

Wunderschönen Montag! Unser Internet ist wieder da - ganz ohne Techniker, auf einmal ging es wieder. Leider kann uns deswegen auch keiner sagen, warum es nicht mehr ging und ich warte nur darauf, daß es wieder aussetzt... Und deswegen poste ich jetzt gleich meine neue Karte für Euch.

A very happy monday to all of you! Our internet connection is back again - all without any technic man having to come. It just worked from one second to the other. Unforunately that´s also the reason why no one can tell us what was wrong and so I am expecting something like this again... So, here´s my new card for you:

Diesmal war ich dran, das Thema für unsere Challenge bei Cupcake Craft zu wählen. "Going green" ist, wofür ich mich entschieden habe. Wer will, kann eine St. Patrick´s Day Karte machen, aber da dieser Feiertag nicht überall existiert, kann das Thema auf jede andere beliebige Art und Weise interpretiert werden.
Gesponsort werden wir diese Woche von Stitchy Bear Stamps, die wirklich schöne Digitalstempel anbieten. Ich hatte meine Karte schon fertig als wie erfuhren, daß wir auch von dort einen Stempel bekommen würden... Darum seht Ihr jetzt einen weiteren der SCACD-Stempel auf meiner Karte: "Heartstrings".
